As part of the advocacy work undertaken by Post Polio Victoria we are seeking to identify the number of Polio survivors who are being supported by the NDIS or MyAgedCare: Support at Home Benefits. This information is vital in providing a sound basis for our ongoing interaction with Federal and State Politicians in order to ensure that we advocate for the most appropriate support services for Polio survivors.
